+ how does chiropractic work?

After a thorough discussion of any issues you may be seeking care for, we will conduct an examination to determine any areas that need attention. From that, we will develop a plan to get you headed in the right direction. The most common therapeutic approaches we use are chiropractic adjustments, which aim to restore optimal movement to spinal joints. We also prescribe exercise to assist improvements in your strength, mobility and posture.

+ Do you treat children?

Yes. Children also have spinal health care needs. Trauma associated with some births, crawling biomechanics, and general knocks and tumbles can be assessed by a chiropractor. Dr Nigel Stafford has attended many post graduate seminars on chiropractic care for children and our practice is setup to accomodate children, either being adjusted, or attending with a parent.

+ Do you work with pregnant women?

Yes. Many pregnant women experience, back pain, neck pain, headaches and other spine-related issues that can be associated with hormonal and postural changes, along with any potential traumas that may occur. Dr Nigel Stafford has experience and post-graduate training in the unique needs of pregnant women.
